• $35,000 in defense costs for proceedings coverage which includes licensing board defense coverage with an option to purchase higher limits. • $25,000 for information privacy coverage which provides defense expenses and damages for federal and state regulators who investigate you for a violation of the privacy protection statutes (HIPAA). • $15,000 for Emergency Aid expenses reimbursement for medical supplies and up to $100 for lost earnings due to the provision of volunteer emergency treatment. • 25,000 for Assault or Battery coverage that reimburses you for medical expenses and/or personal property damage caused by a client.

The first limit is the maximum that will be paid for each individual claim. The second limit is the maximum annual amount that will be paid during the policy period.
