Program Benefits and Highlights

School policies are available to accredited programs at U.S. colleges and universities. Coverage extends to faculty, staff and students in the field placement.
New students added during the policy year are automatically covered.
Faculty members added during the policy year are added automatically.
Field supervisors are also covered under the blanket school policy.

Yes, schools can purchase a blanket policy that covers all students without needing to list them individually.

Proof of coverage may be issued on the same day your application is approved, and payment is received. Your certificate of insurance will be emailed to you (usually by the next business day after approval and payment). A Declarations page will be sent to you via USPS shortly thereafter.

Yes, individual coverage protects students separately, while blanket coverage ensures that all students are protected under one policy, including field placements.

The blanket policy remains in force until the next renewal date, even if a student drops out, ensuring ongoing coverage for the remaining students.

School groups, such as U.S. colleges and universities, are eligible for coverage. This includes liability coverage for students involved in field placements. Please note: we do not currently write policies for those institutions based in the state of Vermont.
